Hello Parents,

Here is some information for the Spring Musical; registration, class schedule, auditions & casting.

Registration:

Returning students don't need to do anything. You will continue to pay through MySchoolBucks as classes begin. If you plan on leaving the class, please send me an email so that I can take you off the roster for the Spring.

If you are a new student, you will need to register for the class under the Cathedral Art's Project website, registration will open in the first week of January for new students.  (I will send in email once the course is open for registration)

Here is the link for registration.

Class Schedule:

Classes will be held in my room (P5) Tuesdays from 3:30-5:30pm. Fee for the course can be found on the CCA school website. Classes begin January 16 with auditions & casting for the first 2 weeks of class.

Auditions & Casting:

The audition form needs to be filled out and turned in to me on January 16th. The other file (Audition Preparation Packet) is an explanation of lines, solos, group songs and dance routines students should learn for their audition depending on what role they are auditioning for. There is also a file with a short synopsis of the musical and description of each character. There are links to tracks so students practice with them. (group song & Solo song).

The rest of the files are excerpts of the script & sheet music for different audition parts. Each one is labeled, see audition form to see what you need to practice.
