Dawn Kell is a member of the Board of Directors and currently serves as Treasurer.

Dawn Kell is the Founder of Faith First Preschool. She has spent 22 years in education, fostering change, growth, values, leadership, child development, and love for children.  

​

She was the CFO at two private schools in Jacksonville. Ms. Kell is also a published children's author of two series: Lexie and Bug and Metro Mutt. Her ethical principles and spiritual development are always an example for others. She has been married to Michael for over 30 years and has two grown sons, Brandon and Cameron and an amazing daughter-in-law, Maddie, and a Granddaughter Bryn. 

She is finishing her doctorate degree in education from Southeastern University. Mrs. Kell also holds a master's degree in business management and accounting. Certifications held by Mrs. Kell are an advanced Florida director’s credential, a Florida childcare professional credential, a national administrator’s credential, and a professional educator's certificate in administration all level’s Kindergarten through 12th grade.
