Out of Field Teachers
State law requires that we report teachers working "out of field". This means that some teachers are working in areas for which they are not technically certified, even though they are more than capable of performing the duties that are required of them. Most are currently working on gaining the necessary certification. Notifications have been sent to parents for all "out of field" teachers at CCA for the 2025-2026 school year. School Representative (1002.33)
Florida Statute 1002.33 requires that each charter school’s governing board appoint a school representative to facilitate parental involvement with the school, provide access to school information, assist parents and others with questions and concerns about the school, and resolve disputes with the school. The representative must reside in the school district in which the charter school is located and may be a governing board member, a charter school employee, or an individual contracted to represent the governing board.

Financial & Accountability
Access key information related to school funding, performance, and public accountability.
Cornerstone Classical Academy is committed to transparency and responsible stewardship of all resources.

As a public charter school, we operate with accountability to both our families and the State of Florida, ensuring that funding is used to support student success, school growth, and long-term sustainability.

Through the Cornerstone Classical Foundation, additional support helps enhance programs, expand opportunities, and strengthen the overall student experience.
Florida public schools are assigned an annual grade (A-F) by the Florida Department of Education to measure overall school performance.

This grade reflects how well a school supports student learning, academic progress, and long-term achievement.

Public charter schools operate with an approved annual budget that outlines how funding is allocated across the school.

This budget reflects how resources are invested to support student learning, staff, programs, and overall school operations.

Public charter schools undergo regular independent financial audits to ensure accountability and compliance.

These audits reflect the school’s commitment to responsible financial management and transparency.
